FAQs

What types of clients do you work with?

We collaborate with food & drink brands, ad agencies, hotels, restaurants, interior designers and publications.

Where is your studio located?

Our studio is located near the Delaware River, on the border of Bucks County, PA and Hunterdon County, NJ. We have the unique advantage of being central to Philadelphia, New Jersey and New York, while enjoying a low-stress, convenient environment.

What are the nearest airports for clients traveling from out of town?

The most common options are Newark Liberty International and Philadelphia International. We generally recommend Newark, as it tends to offer more flight options — and it's the airport we use for our own travel. Lehigh Valley International is the closest, but has limited flight options.

Do you offer remote photoshoots?

Yes, this is very common, especially for smaller productions.

Will you travel for photoshoots?

Yes. However, complex shoots involving extensive food or drink styling and props are much more efficiently handled at our studio. We most commonly travel for hotel, restaurant and interior design photoshoots.

Do you provide a food stylist?

We're unique in that we have our own in-house food & drink stylist. Andrea directs all food and drink styling and leads all pre-production. For larger projects, she works with a team of highly talented assistants and styling specialists.

What resources do you have for props?

We have our own prop room stocked with high-quality items we've personally curated, along with a large collection of surfaces in our studio. We typically have most of what a client needs, but we also source props when a shoot calls for something specific.

Do you offer recipe development and consulting?

Yes, and it's a service we provide quite often. We work with corporate and publication clients to develop ideas that photograph beautifully for both stills and video. If you have a food product that needs to shine in a recipe, we'd love to help.

Do you shoot video and stop motion in addition to stills?

Absolutely. Flexibility is essential in today's industry, and our studio is set up to switch seamlessly between stills and motion.

What photography gear does your studio use?

Our studio is equipped with top-of-the-line cameras and lighting. Paul shoots with the Leica SL System for its exceptional image quality and character. For lighting, we primarily use Profoto and Aputure, though the setup always depends on the specific shoot. Paul is always happy to get into the technical details if you're curious.

How are you incorporating AI into your productions?

Our clients' products are always photographed — authenticity, credibility and quality are non-negotiable. That said, we embrace AI tools where they genuinely add value or save time and budget. We currently use AI extensively in post-production, where it delivers great results efficiently. We're also exploring its potential for realistically compositing location environments and props. This technology excites us because it allows a small team to produce work that would have required a much larger crew and budget just a few years ago. Let's talk and see what's possible.

What are your fees?

It depends on the project. We work efficiently with a small, highly skilled team whose overlapping talents mean we accomplish more — and at a higher quality — with less. We love getting on a call with new clients to learn about their needs. Reach out by phone, email or text and we'll find a convenient time to connect.
